![]() | Hi, first day of my intermittent fasting journey. I’ve created a menu on my profile but I’m lost with what exercise I can do with this restricted eating plan, intensity and duration of the exercise. I like dancing, I have 3lb and 10lb dumbbells, 1 light weight and 1 medium resistance bands. I’m afraid of starting too hard (I work up a sweat when dancing) but don’t want to overdo it, especially the 1st few weeks then run out of steam the next 3 months. Age range 35-40 Thanks a lot |
