I have just joined today 🙂 I am going to follow intermittent plan and was wondering if for breakfast I can have oat pancakes from the breakfast menu instead of porridge, milk, nuts,egg as per my plan? Thank you in advance

Hi, Michelle 12. Yes, you can choose your own foods by accessing the Menu Planner subapplication. To do this, click on the edit tool to the upper right of each meal in your menu, then make your selections from the searchable master food list. You will be guided by your meal pattern, which has been calculated to meet your needs and goals.

Thanks, that worked this time. Not sure what I may have been doing wrong before. This website is not very user friendly on the setup options. This looks much better. i had already asked to cancel my subscription because I was so frustrated.Will give it a go for this first month and reconsider.

Hi, KathyRose58. You need to specify that you want an intermittent fasting menu by selecting that option in the diet area of your profile – choose which meal you wish to skip (either breakfast or dinner), save the changes, then generate a new menu.
I see that you selected to skip breakfast, but your current menu does not reflect that. Try generating a new menu to see if that helps. If not, you can reach out to tech support through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom left of this page.

I understood I would get menus tailored to my 16/8 intermittent fasting plan. All these menus appear to be tailored to an overall diet. For example, it is broken down into 3 meals plus 2 snacks. Unless I sit down to eat every 1 1/2 hrs, I don’t see this will work for me. What am I missing? did I sign-up for the wrong thing? Is there an alternate version for IF?
