![]() | deeann65 – have you ever tried Yoga? The movements are slow and steady, and even people with problems exercising usually can do the movements. I found a DVD at the library, then bought it, and try and work out to it every morning. It really helps with the stiffness that comes with aging. |
![]() | I will pay attention to the lighter blue type foods as I am insulin dependent. I pretty much stick with the diabetic regime of basic foods, count the carbs, etc. etc. I am a woman with osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, and have diabetic stiffness. ![]() | I am an insulin-taking diabetic, and wanted to know if there is specific things I should/should not be eating, or should I follow the menu plan that was given to me. I am also having trouble finding several of the specific foods listed in the menus. |
