I have the tapes…Have a teambeach body coach that has been hounding me to pay for his services…but I’m not really intersted in paying another $100 a month. I loss 116lbs with the Hcg Diet…I gained about 25lbs back over the summer and holidays…I need to refocus. I really didn’t want to do another diet…just want to eat right and work out and pray I get back to my idea weight…I am now on day 3 of Insanity…It is insane…where are you in your 60 days? |
