![]() | Hi, TRaffey. Almond and wheat flours have very edifferent properties, so it is a bit more challenging to substitute one for the other. For each cup of almond flour/meal, use 1 cup of wheat flour plus 3 tablespoons of oil. |
![]() | So..in my small town, I cant find, almond flour, all I could get was organic whole wheat flour, can I substitute them? Also dont have butternut squash, but I have zucchini I grew in my garden, can I substitute them aswell? It kinda hard to make these recipies without the ingrdients..I wish they would include substitutes in the recipies.. |
