With regard to the flours, those are generally only if the recipe is gluten-free – otherwise, you can just use one that contains gluten, such as wheat or spelt (though we do recommend a whole grain version).

 plamoureux 9 years ago | The infomercial that are sent to me are very, very repetitious and extremely boring. I am beginning to think that this non diet is a farce. So many different flours for baking simple muffins, outrageous. I really can’t believe some of these recipes. We don’t all have a nutritionous living in our home. |
