That beverage is equal to 2 carb exchanges (same as 2 slices of regular whole grain bread, a bowl of cereal with milk, etc.) or if you’re not a diabetic on insulin, 1 carb + 2 fat exchanges (same as 2 slices of light whole grain bread with 2 teaspoons of buttery spread). You can either adjust your breakfast based on this or have the beverage before your breakfast, then have your actual breakfast instead of your morning snack. |
![]() | I have a special cup of coffee that gets me out if bed in the mornings. 1 mug coffee + 2 tbl of Silk soy creamer + 2 tbl of raw honey from my own bees. (have just cut back from 2 to 1 mug now) Can my daily meal planner be adjusted to allow for this sacred ritual? Thank you. |
