![]() | Hi, AunnieAnne. Many of those products tend to be rather processed, but they can be OK as occasional treats as a replacement for meat or vegetables. Note that they tend to be high in sodium (salt), so if you’re sensitive to that, just be aware. |
![]() | I was wondering if the imitation meats (morning star, bird’s eye cauliflower chicken, etc.) were ok. I have used them in the past and they tasted great but not sure if they’re that healthy. If they are good, can I use them to replace the meat or even the vegetables? |
