Hi, Bev. Is this a new issue that you all eat differently, or just since starting here? I just want to note that this program is based on nutritional principles that are good for everyone, and so it is ideal that the whole family get involved – beyond it being much easier to ensure long-term use if things are easier.
I suggest to make the family members somewhat more actively involved. First, let them know that your new way of eating is just about eating unprocessed foods and trying a few upgrades. Then have them make choices for the Menu Planner and at the grocery store and in the kitchen. It won’t necessarily be perfect at first, but if everyone can ease into it and you can together find things that work, the plan is more likely to work, especially long-term.

I have been trying your menu but it is so difficult when other members of your family eat differently. So what I need is a plan of how I can incorporate both without having to spend a lot of planning or cooking hours.
