BLHoly, the 170 grams is for vegetables that are a little richer in carbs and protein, but the free vegetables you can buy and eat as much as you want, beyond the 170 grams.

I am new also. I have a question they won’t answer in an email. I’m trying to understand the grocery list. It says 170 ounces of veggies of my choice…. Ok do those come off of the list of free veggies or is this just the veggies I prefer to eat a lot of? Thanks to anyone that can answer that question! BLHoly

Finding the foods is a task on it’s own and that’s before you do the cooking..Good Luck!!!

Hi everyone!
I am pretty new to this site, but with all the info on here, I’m just not sure what to do next! I looked at the instructions, I have created a menu… Now what do I do? Just eat better, do some exercise and get on here and talk to everyone? Could it really be that easy? 🙂
