The sugar is unrefined, so it’s a great selection; if the bread is 100% whole grain, then it is excellent, too. If the yogurt is plain, then it is also a good choice – especially if it is not fat-free, which can often contain undesirable chemicals.
I had a few questions about some of the foods. I bought Zulka Morena pure cane sugar, is that something I can use? I bought Dannon lowfat yogurt non gmo, is that something I can use? I bought organic bread; 21 grains and seeds, is that a healthy choice? While grocery shopping, I was very confused on what to buy. I am finding this kind of difficult. Any suggestions?
