Hi, Kevin. For popped popcorn – 1 cup is 8 grams. Salads are tricky because they are mixed foods. In general, each cup of egg salad is around 200 grams, and each cup of green salad is around 140 grams.

Hi, huntncollect. Then intention is for you to eat everything that is on the menu. The goal is to avoid hunger and cravings, and of course, to meet your nutritional needs. If you would like to post your height, age, and general activity level, as well as a sample day from your menu (copy and paste), I would be happy to run some calculations for you.

Thanks a lot for all those precious information!

One last thing, on several menu items, it says “cup” but it does not appear on your exchange list. This is the case for the popcorn and any recipe for instance.

For instance, I don’t know what a cup is for Egg Salad or Popcorn, or even Vegetable Salad.

Thanks for your help again!

Cheers

Hi, Kevin. Yes – if you want any past menus, go to the “Apps” section (above), and at the bottom of the Apps page, you’ll see “Menu History” – click on that, and you’ll see the past versions.

Thanks a lot! 🙂
I have another issue: whenever I go to the menu planer, it switches menu instead of keeping the one generated for me the first time. Is that normal?

Thanks again!

Hi, Kevin. Please see the attached exchange list – it has measurements in both types of units: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

Hi,

My name is Kevin and I just registered to the program with the aim of losing 10kg (22lbs) in a month time.

I am French and I live in England. I have to admit I really have trouble understanding measurement units, especially for… the cup.

I didn’t know this measurement unit and when I’m looking on the internet, it keeps giving me different information as to how much it is in grams depending on which type of ingredient it is, and it never is what is suggested on the menu planer.

Can someone please help me figure out what a cup of soup, rice, fruit is in grams and/or ml?

Thanks a lot
