I did the low impact aerobic workout the first day. Now on day 3 and I can’t find it!!

Motivation for walking can come from several sources, including finding a lovely place that you like to visit for walks, finding a walking partner, and/or plugging into music and/or entertaining lectures or e-books while you walk. Hi I am new on here. I want to lose weight, and get rid of my tummy. I need motivation to get into a routine to walk. I love walking.
