This is my first day and I feel like I am eating more than ever. The snacks are decent size portions. Hope it is the balance that makes the weight fall off. 🙂

LouiseO, some people do indeed have a quite metabolic change. Keep us posted on your progress. In about a week, weigh yourself and see how your clothes fit, etc. If you still need some help, please do repost.

Hi, this is my second day on the 14 day menu. I’m shocked at the amount of food I have to eat. It took me two hours to eat breakfast, I had half the first snack at midday and I couldn’t eat all my lunch! I’m just going to eat what I can, maybe the right foods but less. Despite this I lost 1 kg on my first day.
Louise, could you have worms or are you having the right amounts? The body can quickly adjust to a new habit so maybe you’ve trained it already!

I started this program maybe 4 or 5 days ago now, and I\’m noticing that I am hungry every few hours now, is my metabolism speeding up, or am I going to start putting on weight?? Does the metabolism really change that quick? I\’m a little worried….
