![]() | When I ate once a day I didn’t snack, I only ate when I was hungry. My Thyroid is underactive, and I’m on antidepressants. when I would eat it was what ever mom had on the table….oops I lied and normally a chocolate bar before bed. now with snacks Im eating 6 times a day, with constant hunger. you’d think it would be the other way around. |
![]() | Hi, Danman, and welcome. That is rather unusual. Is the total that you are currently eating much less than you were eating before? Do you eat less fat than before? You mentioned just eating “like” once per day – did you snack the rest of the day whenever you got hungry? Do you have issues with hormonal balance? Pre-diabetes or diabetes? |
![]() | I hope Ossie will chime in on this -but for the most part I find just the opposite is true – I get a bit peckish just before a meal but don’t generally feel hungry at all. I did have ONE particular day where I was absolutely ravenous – but generally I feel like I’ve got more than enough food to keep me going between meals. |
