![]() | Hi, 2404Nina. For recipes that have not yet been added into the system, you can use them to substitute for the main ingredient in your meal. You can also match up the exchanges visible at the end of each recipe to those allotted to you (you can see these when you click on “Exchange View” in the toolbar above your menu). It doesn’t need to be a perfect match to work. |
![]() | Hi can anyone on here help I’ve just signed up and trying to sort my weekly plan however there are recipes in the recipe section that don’t come up in my alternatives.. How can I add to planner. I think it’s because I opted for quick meals and alot of the ones I like take an hour. Don’t know how to edit this thanks in advance |
![]() | Hi, David714. Plain yogurt is definitely encouraged here (it does not appear in your menus because you selected “non-dairy”). Low-carbohydrate snacks similar to celery include cucumber, kohlrabi, turnip, zucchini, and radish. |
![]() | Is plain yogart still ok it has 8 gms of sugar ? Ive cut back on some other fruits as they have to much sugar and I want to lower my blood sugar as it has alittle high like 105. I want it under 100. |
![]() | Hi, David714. Instead of pretzels, I would recommend plain yogurt to go with your fruit. If you wish to sweeten it, you can use a natural no-calorie option like Stevia and/or erythritol (like Truvia or Swerve). Yogurt has protein and probiotics that can help reduce cravings. |
