Hi, Stina. Absolutely! We suggest to build your menu in the Menu Planner application using foods you have at home, to get used to the portion sizes and timing. Then gradually introduce upgraded versions of foods (i.e. moving from white rice to brown rice, etc.) according to your budget and tastes. Drastic changes don’t help anyone 🙂

Looking at first week, grocery list is formidable and menu is such a drastic change…what is a good way to get into the program without being overwhelmed?
