Hi, okfishingal. We recommend about 1.5-3 hours between meals/snacks.

I’m usually one to skip meals. Nto to save on calories or anything, just not thinking to eat until I am ravenous. This really affects me with my blood sugar as if you go too long without eating, you can actually cause more harm, SO how often should I eat, as in how many hours between meals/snacks?
