Hi, Seema444. I assume you’re asking about sweet fruits. Since you selected keto intermittent fasting, those fruits are quite limited because they tend to be high in carbohydrates and therefore not keto-supportive. If they are very important to you, you can substitute a small portion (1/2 cup) of a low-carbohydrate fruit for one of your vegetable servings. Low-carbohydrate fruits and fruit-like vegetables include raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, casava melon, and jicama. If you would like more assistance with this, please let me know.

This post is 2 years old and i just joined. Can i eat fruit on this plan?

Hi, Denice. At your menu level, you are allotted two servings of fruit each day. A serving of fruit is about the size of your fish. You can see the list of fruits by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon in the toolbar above your menu, then clicking on the “FRUIT” button just above the lists.

I’m new and can’t seem to find where the fruit data is….I see a whole page on vegetables…but I must be missing the fruit page…
