Hi, Sandy, and welcome! 30 minutes is ideal, unless you like to work out first thing in the morning, so within 30 minutes after that is fine. Most people are comfortable eating every 2-1/2 to 3 hours between meals.
Your current water intake is excellent. Unsweetened green tea is great, just note that because the caffeine in it makes it a diuretic, the total volume counts for half.

Hello everyone!

I just join and haven’t found this information yet. Are we do eat within 30 minutes of awaking in the morning and every 2 or 3 hours?

Also what is the water intake? currently I’m 208 lbs and want to lose 60 or more and drinking 2-3 liters a day. does my Green tea count? non-sweet
