It seems like the menu planner is giving me a lot of carbs. The dietary exchange under the “standard” units, will show, for instance, 1. But I buy what they tell me, the package will say 15-30 depending on the item. 1 slice of SWG bread says 15 carbs. The program tells me to eat 2 slices and lists it as 1 carb. What it the unit of measure, anybody know?
