![]() | Hi, Hotlight. This program is low in carbohydrates – about 40-45% of total energy. If he eats whole grain versions of carbohydrates and naturally low-sugar foods, he should be fine. To calculate how many carbs he should have each day, I just need his age, height, weight, type of medication, and general physically activity level. |
