Hii, flightsimfrank, and welcome! This program is designed to help people with needs like yours. If you use the Menu Planner application, select foods that are in the lightest blue, and you will get a menu that will be most supportive.
In terms of individual foods, oats, olive oil, flax seed, green leafy vegetables, and garlic (as well as many other spices) are helpful. If you like eggs, be sure to get either omega-3 or pastured eggs. Physical activity is also beneficial.

Hi, .I just joined as I have just been told by my doctor that my cholesterol is very high. What is best to help lower it?
