 winkie 12 years ago | Hi, i’m in Ireland and I make my own soda bread. Wholemeal flour, oats, bread soda, sunflower oil (1 tsp), salt and buttermilk(skimmed milk 1% + lactic cultures). I sometimes put in pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Is this a good alternative, it is very filling. |
