The principles of the Trim Down Club program include cholesterol control. Select the lighter colored items in the food groups, including non-fat, low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber items, with as little meat as possible, and you should be fine.

Is there an easy way to use the menu planner to get a low cholesterol diet to bring my number down?
