Hello rhonda, Just my own two-cents. Forget recipes for B,L, & Snacks. Do only for Dinner. Choose whole food items(fresh/canned/frozen) that can be eaten w/o heating or just needs to be warmed up. Get yourselves each a good size lunch container and make sure you pack enough for the meals/snacks you need. Don’t give them up as I believe this club is stating that we need all the proportions laid out for us on our menus for the day in order for the breakdowns to work (metabolism.) Someone else correct me if I’m wrong. Just wanted to reply as this is important to me also. It works for me being on the run (in and out.) Good luck you two. KD

My husband and I are having trouble with this new diet…
We work every day and can’t eat five times a day
Also he loves his meat and potatoes …
I need some recipe help..
any ideas?
