Hi, Sam. A cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. As for the foods, yes, the intention is for you to eat all the items. If you have been on a restrictive diet in the past or are used to very dense, high-calorie foods, it may seem like a lot. If you find you cannot finish it all, don’t push yourself, especially toward the end of the day. Just be sure to get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and 3 servings of calcium-rich rich foods per day.

Can some please tell me how much a cup is? Also do you have to eat everything in the list for each day? Seems a lot of food?
