Hi darlisa. Well, that’s where planning comes in. First of all, plan your menu at the beginning of the week. Shop in bulk, buying only what’s on your menu. Go shopping on a full stomach!! Then, create your meals. Make your supper the night before, and when you get home and warm it in your oven or microwave. You must be creative. As for exercize, that needs to be done in small doses every day. Walk to the bus stop or before you start your commute. Do some easy quick aerobics before bed. You do have a challenge, but with planning and committment, it can be accomplished.

up at 4:00 am, 3 hours commuting to/home daily, home by 6:00pm. I then start to fix dinner. Most of my exercise is on Sunday mornings.
