First, note that you can personalize your menus by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon (an apple) in the toolbar above your menu, and select the foods that work for you at the various meals. Second, try gradually cutting back on the pop rather than cutting it off suddenly. Another option is to make your own pop with plain carbonated/soda water, flavor extracts (or squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice), and a high-quality low-carbohydrate sweetener such as Stevia and/or erythritol. It actually may be a good way to get in water. |
