Hi, Teresa, and welcome. First, note that you can personalize your menus by clicking on the “My Food Choices” icon (an apple) in the toolbar above your menu, and select the foods that work for you at the various meals. Second, try gradually cutting back on the pop rather than cutting it off suddenly. Another option is to make your own pop with plain carbonated/soda water, flavor extracts (or squeezes of fresh lemon or lime juice), and a high-quality low-carbohydrate sweetener such as Stevia and/or erythritol. It actually may be a good way to get in water.

Hi,
I’m Teresa , and I just started this program yesterday, and I’m already stuck. I looked at the daily menu and I couldn’t even start eating what it suggested this morning. I think it’s because I’m so used to drinking pop in the morning and all through the day. I guess I’m weaker than I thought. 🙁 Any suggestions?
