Welcome 🙂

If you feel like there’s too much food in your personal menu plan, it’s because most weight loss diets actually give you less than your body needs, which results in hunger and later rebound weight gain after the initial weight loss.

This program is a way of life based on healthy eating, so it looks very different. Ease into it if you need to, but try not to cut back too much on quantity, or again, any weight loss will be followed by a rebound.

Regarding soy, please keep in mind that the video discussed artificial or over processed versions of popular foods that should be healthy, but have been manipulated into being particularly harmful to your goals. Rather than giving up on them altogether, we encourage better versions in their original, natural forms. Note that the foods discussed in the video are only examples, and many other popular foods have been similarly affected—so it’s good to read labels, be aware of how a food is made, and choose whole foods as much as possible.

Best 🙂

I have the same questions. It seems a lot to me to eat bread or a carbo three or more times a day.

I need to know where to get more info about these menus. Like Are all the things listed for a meal or snack allowed or do I pick on or two only?

Why do you say soy is one of the 5 foods to never eat and then list soy milk??
