Where do I find portion sizes for the varying foods? Ex: cream cheese, toast, milk

Hi, ds2405 and welcome! Yes, the intention is for you to eat everything on the menu. The intention is to curb hunger and keep your metabolism up.
As for calories, note that this program does not work with calories, but rather with meeting your nutritionaln needs. We will be adding more details in the near future.

I am new to this. I looked at my diet planner and see a weeks worth of menus. Am I supposed to eat all the things under each category ? Where is the calorie count? I would like to see how many calories I am eating , and all the other nutrition info. Thanks anyone. Ds
