Hi, Selkins1. Black coffee is “free,” so there is no limit according to this plan, though medical research suggest that 4 cups per day is the upper limit for many people. If you like soda, we recommend you make your own rather than relying on readymade products with excessive sugar or artificial sweeteners that can work against your goals here; just dress up plain soda water with natural flavor extracts (yes, “cola” is available!) or citrus peels and a natural no-carb sweetener (such as Stevia, monk fruit, and/or erythritol).
Our plan has one snack, but if you want more, let me know, and I will help you out – if nothing else, you can eat “free” vegetables such as cucumbers and celery between meals. We don’t recommend shakes so much as we do supplements, such as KetoGenic Accelerator (https://trk.knxtrk.com/aff_c?offer_id=16&aff_id=1113&aff_sub=sh&aff_sub2=os), which is a really well-rounded formula.
