Hi, Janiecstaley. That jump is likely mostywater weight, and may come off more quickly than seven weeks. Don’t get discouraged! You have to live, too. Next time you go off the plan, just cut back a little on portion size.

I have been on my diet for 7 wks. I have followed it to the T. I went from 152.2 to 147.4. Then I decided to go out for Chinese and some chocolate. The next time I weighed, my weight had jumped to 151.2. Im very discouraged!!! Can you never
dear off the diet for special occasions? If not, this diet is not for me.Help!!!!

Hi, Joebeert, and welcome. I see that you actually do have a menu set up, which can serve as a guide for portion sizes. I think it would be most helpful for you to check out our keto food list here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/what-to-eat-keto. The “free” foods can be eaten between meals.
When you slip up, just continue on with the plan. It will balance out.

I am confused about how much to eat and also I just started today and done good but then I ate an apple with out knowing I was not supposed to. Soo do I have to start over tomorrow or is it ok? I am going by my meal planner but I am confused about it. If there is something I can have between meals ect?
