Hi, sawag. You can be on the regular gluten-free plan, and just swap out any foods to which you are intolerant. No problem. You can also choose the fully personal version of that plan, and build you menu food-by-food, guided by your meal pattern, calculated to meet your needs and goals. If you need any assistance with it, just let me know.

I need help to understand if the keto plan is the right one for me. I am gluten intolerant, can’t eat potatoes or any of the night shade family! I have pcos too. Should I be on the keto diet or just the regular plan?
