![]() | Hi everyone. I am still new to all of this and would like to meet new friends. I am not very good at navigating through the website. I haven’t lost anything because I cannot find the two week diet link or a menu to follow that I don’t make up that helps with weight loss. I exercise as much as I can but still struggling with foods and I bought a lot in but it all went out of date as I am eating for one and it was all to much. I have the oatmeal and almonds for breakfast but as for the rest I am not sure where to go or how to get started. I am 4 stone over weight and I am in desperate need of help. |
