Hi, Chantell. Sandwiches are the “classic” on-the-go food. You can also try nuts, seeds, fruit, cut up vegetables, cheese+crackers, muffins, yogurts, hearty soups in a thermos, and even shakes, to name a few ideas.

hi I need help I work as a sales person on the road from 8am till 6pm I can have the breakfast and the snacks and the dinners I just cant have the lunches as I don’t have any way of cooking so could you help with lunches I can take in the car with me to eat on the run? thank you chantell
