![]() | Hello everyone. I have taken to eating 25grms of dark choc (85% cocoa) instead of the biscuits after my tea. Can someone tell me if this is ok, or are there lots of sugars involved. Also, is it ok to add a drop or two of honey as a sweetener to my porridge in the morning and to some stewed rhubarb as a desert when I make it. I was thinking a natural product and not refined sugar. anyway best of luck to everyone |
