I also had a motorcycle accident 3 years ago – unfortunately as left me with my left leg still working but not great for long walks. I do go to gym more for re-hab. I have invested in some exercise machines at home. Cubii for cardio – cannot run but can pedal that. Gym Chair for overall fitness from innovations. |
