Hi, Lorna. You can cut back for a day or so, but not drastically. It’s better to just get extra exercise for the rest of the week. Don’t worry too much 🙂

Hi everyone, I’m Lorna and i’m new. i joined a few days ago, was loving it but ran into a problem last night. Namely a licensed curry house. I dont get out much without the kids (hardly ever), so when the opportunity for a babysitter popped up, rather than have dinner at home and go to the cinema (would have saved a lot of cash and even more calories!), my wonderful husband wanted to take us out for a slap up curry..

What could i do? he was so keen…

I’m afraid i jumped right off the wagon and over indulged in a 3 course meal and several pints of Indian beer.

So my question is…should i cut back drastically today and tomorrow, or cut back a little each day for the rest of the week, or sigh and move on, resigning myself to a stalled weight loss in my very 1st week?
