Hi, BigKahuna56. A plant-based, high-fiber diet low in refined sugar and saturated fats is generally recommended, rich in omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids from things like almonds and olive oil. We have some articles on these dietary principles in All About Oil, for example, and reports in the Recent Studies section that talks about the Mediterranean diet.

Need to reverse cholesterol (plaque build-up in arteries) and still get proper nourishment.
Been diagnosed with severe blockage in my heart with no surgery or angioplasty solutions viable.
Also have type-2 diabetes and hyperthyroid issues. What do I eat that can reverse blocked blood
vessels in my heart?
