Hi, Akimball. Yes it is! All we ask is that you check the ingredients to makes sure everything is natural, whole food based as much as possible, and isn’t loaded with sugar or hydrogenated fats.

Hi! I am new to TDC and this is my second week. I am trying to follow as best as I can and seems like it may be something that will work for me. I have a question. I clicked on the “health bar” item for a snack and wanted to confirm that this is in fact a protein bar like I had hoped. Can someone confirm this for me?
