![]() | Is it wrong to eat the same thing for more than one meal? Or, as long as it has the right proportion of fat, protein and carbs its considered a meal? Sometimes during a busy work day I will prepare a protein shake to drink on the go – it will consist of 1 fruit, protein powder (and sometimes nut butter) and milk. Is this satisfactory for a meal and can I have it for 2 meals in a day? Thank you, |
