![]() | That’s great Kathleen, I couldn’t eat all the food on my menu either. I just ate less of all and kept them in proportion to what the planner called for. Been with TDC for a little over a year, reached my goal a few weeks back, maintaining my weight and still enjoying the great foods that are offered on my planner. Keep up the good work and stay in touch. |
![]() | Hi, Nat P, and welcome! We wish you success and good health, and are happy to help in whatever way we can. |
![]() | Hi, I’ve started on my TD today, enjoying the meals.Did all shopping yesterday. I had lots of fun in making my packed lunch, snacks & meal. I look forward to succeed in the great move. Thanks to all behind TDC. |
![]() | Congratuations, Kathleen! We wish you continued success, and are happy to help in whatever way we can 🙂 |
![]() | This being my third week on this life changing food plan. I have lost 7lbs and do not feel like I am on a diet. Sometimes I do not eat all the meals as they are too much for me. I have been diagnoses with pancritis and sometimes I have to stop eating as I feel I cannot eat any more. But I find that at the end of the day I am still full and do not have to snack on junk foods. |
![]() | Hey Jenfroggat, great to see you here and thanks for your comment. Best wishes to you and always remember, you are not along here. Tons of tools and information you can research, the best menu and meal planner at your disposal and a super great support team. Stay in touch. |
![]() | Hello artisticeye77, I agree 100%. One needs to be ready with the mindset to look in the mirror, see and change the person they see. 7 of my work associates have joined the TDC because of the success I have had. Only a couple have been successful in trimming down. I am still working with all of them but some seem to think just because they joined they should start losing. Yes, self motivation breeds motivation just as success breeds success. Great to see you here and read your comments. |
![]() | Great to read the comments turtlehurder. Just started on my TDC journey. |
![]() | Threw all the comments I was concerned with the discouragement issues, Over the years eating new ways takes time and patience. If you don’t want to put in the time or the energy it surely won’t work. nothing comes easy unless you have your own chef that prepares your meals every day for you. We all don’t have that privledge. So put in the effort and see what happens. Work with a friend and meet together and share the cooking or menu planning. Nothing comes easy if you really want it. Get motivated, mind set your self for success and you will get what you want. |
![]() | You mean “now” I suppose 🙂 |
![]() | Hi cookridgelass, |
![]() | Sorry for being stupid but I have just joined the plan and am not sure what you mean by TDC |
![]() | Hey Jaynelb. Hope the “HAVE FUN” part doesn’t give off a slacker impression. There is a lot of work and dedication for success. I really did start having fun because I went into it head first thinking I had to do everything to the dot. Once I figured out what the TDC was all about, why and how they structured their menus, I was able to relax and take advantage of all their tools and information. Best wishes to you and always know you are not on your own here. I have always gotten answers and great advise when needed. Keep in touch with updates. |
![]() | Hello DianeM, I am from South Carolina, US. Great to meet you. Remember while planning your meals to keep it kinda simple at first unless you are a chef. And do not think you have to eat everything it puts on your plate. I had the most success by eating it all but cutting down some on the portions. Thanks to this plan we can still eat the things we like. Also you can ask questions or for advise anytime and usually get a prompt response. Best of luck Ms Nosy, lol |
![]() | Wow such good motivation thank you turtlehurder. New to the program and this is geat. |
