Hi, BobJen, and welcome. I’m glad to read that you have cut out all processed foods, and what you listed looks great
I recommend you try the personal version of the Menu Planner (the right-most option in the tools area here: https://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner), so that you can select the foods that work best for you. If you would still like to use some recipes, use the search box in the Recipes area, typing in terms like “simple,” “easy,” “basic,” “classic,” “quick,” etc.

Hi I just joined the club and having great difficulty. I really don’t know how to cook and the recipes to me seem very intimating. I was looking for a much simpler type of menu. Right now I cut out all processed foods and am cooking very simply. I cook turkey steaks, sweet potato and a salad. I don’t know what to do? Without help I am considering cancelling my membership Thanks
