Of course to all – preparing fractions of recipes and freezing all portions beyond what you will eat in a single meal is the very, very best road to proper eating habits.

New today, just printing out my four hundred recipes for the week (joke)can you halve or even qtr the recipes as there is only one of me doing this and the recipes state in between four to 8 serves and only have it listed one on my weekly plan so it would be wasted. Can you freeze the recipes?
