![]() | Hi, jbrooks26. That’s great that your husband is involved. First, it is great that you are in touch with your satiety cues – that may be a clue to cut back a little, but be careful not to cut too much. Be sure to get in at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and 3 servings of calcium-rich foods/beverages every day. Also, exercise can sometimes “make room” for foods and boost your health. |
![]() | Hi! My husband is doing the program with me; I’m so glad to share this journey with him. Week 2 and we’re both having a hard time eating all the food. He’s 5’6″, 184, moderately active. I’m thinking, usually men have to have more calories, etc and he should be eating more than what I am. Can you tell me the appropriate portions and breakdowns (carbs, proteins, fats) for him? Also, any advice for eating all this food? I feel like most days I’m forcing myself to eat it all. Thank you! |
