Hi, Irene. The foods we recommend are found in health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes. Some superchains, such as WalMart, Costco, and Target also carry some. Online, there are many sources, including Amazon.
Part of the advantage of some of these rarer foods is that they are not mass-produced, so they are less manipulated and therefore more nutritious.
Regarding a shopping list, the regular Menu Planner has this feature, and the tech development team is working on something for the Express meal plans.

where do I go to find the grocery list for the 14 day express meal plan, I can’t seem to find it and there are items listed that I have no clue what they are, where do these dietician shop? I know it’s not your regular grocery store like jewel in Chicago.
