Green tea is a source of powerful antioxidants, which have been suggested in some scientific studies to protect against chronic disease risks, including cancer and heart disease. We suggest it substitute for sugary or diet drinks.

In the video of the 5 Foods not to eat there was some discussion about the value of green tree. I would like to know the facts that were presented.
Why was green tea good?
What was it a substitute for?
What was the benefit to drinking green tea?
