I am having a little trouble updating my progress. Probably since I have started stopped and the started again. I can get it up to date.

Hi, Readymom, and congratulations! Yes, you can have peanut butter – we do recommend the all-natural type without added sugar and non-peanut fats. Keep in mind that it is rich – each teaspoon yields 32 calories.

Got weighed this morning and lost 1.2 lbs in one week. Didn’t feel deprived at all. Can I have peanut butter.?
