I also have coeliacs disease, and like you i i found that gluten free foods have far to much sugar fat salt etc ..only to make there foods taste better. Which is very fattening. I hope that your journey on here and with all the help from other people and dietcians that your health will improve. Love and Light.

Hopefully, you are getting comprehensive care from healthcare providers, including a dietitian, for your diabetes. The Trim Down Club menu patterns are largely based on diabetic principles, and most of the recipes are fine for diabetics, especially if you are sure not to overdo with the portion size.

I just found out I have onset diabetes. I have to lower my sugar intake and stop eating gluten, watch my carb intake…any good recipes out there?i hate cooking, so I need some quick easy Ideas. Heh heh.
